At SocIron™, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right — no hassle, no stress.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at support@sociron.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
Please do not send returns to the shipping address on your package — this is not our return address. We will provide the correct return address when your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care
Refunds
1. Not Satisfied With Your Order
Contact us at support@sociron.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will review your case and, depending on the situation, offer a partial or full refund of the item value.
2. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Take photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Email us at support@sociron.com with your order number and photos
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the defective item
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper care or sun exposure
- Unauthorized modifications
3. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at support@sociron.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
For lost package claims, please include your order number and any communication from your local post office if available.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for packages undelivered due to customer address errors.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancel within 2 hours → 100% refund
- Cancel between 2–24 hours → 80% refund (processing fee applies)
- After 24 hours → order cannot be cancelled as it may have already been processed for shipment
To cancel, email support@sociron.com immediately with your order number.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@sociron.com with photos of the defect and we will arrange a replacement.
